Pieces We Want to See in the Kenzo x H&M Collection

H&M announced its latest design collaboration today. Kenzo will follow in Balmain’s footsteps.

The Kenzo FW16 collections gave us tiger stripes and fun prints as expected, but it also was so on-point with many of the fall trends. Hope some of the same pieces and ideas will be part of the collection the duo will produce for H&M. Lim and Humberto also design for Opening Ceremony, which they actually founded.

STYLEBY assembled a wish list of the silhouettes from the fall collection that we’d love to see at H&M.

Please Kenzo, could we get:

The patent leather skirt
Anything patent is over-the-top trendy this fall. The styling is really cute as well. Matched with a cute white shirt, it wouldn’t be too much for the nightclub or for daywear.

The velvet pants
Velvet is everywhere this fall and we would love a pair of trousers in this cosy material.

The ruffled blouse
This item is one of the it garments next season. Pair it with anything from jeans and sweatpants to the sharpest of skirts and you’ll nail it!

The bold shoulder
The XL-trend is upon us, not at least in terms of jackets and coats. Expect nothing less from your fall coat.

The flower print
Don’t make the mistake of thinking flower dresses are only for warmer months. Keep them in the front of your closet even when the leaves start to fall. Flowers are here to stay!

The Kenzo x H&M Collection will be in stores November 3, 2016.
